2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free diagnosis or contact us, we collect: brand name, store URL, ecommerce platform, target market, daily order range, product category, your description of your current operating challenge, email address, and expected start date.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this website we and our analytics providers may collect: IP address, browser type and language, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this website is not directed at children.
3. Why we use it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- Zoho Corporation — to store and manage your enquiry, submitted through our diagnosis intake form.
- Google LLC — analytics and advertising measurement (see Section 6).
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.
Each provider is bound by contract to process your information only on our instructions.
5. International transfers
We operate from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region with data transfer restrictions, your information may be transferred outside that region. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguard by emailing support@triple-aces.com.

- Enquiry and diagnosis records: kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Client operating records: kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter only as needed to meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics, up to 14 months
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time.
If you are in California, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any right, email support@triple-aces.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and where required we will notify you directly.
